Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination:

• Access to services will be discontinued
• Outstanding payments become due immediately
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Data may be deleted according to our retention policy

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARAx Technologies Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
