ARAx Technologies Inc. provides software development services including mobile app development, web development, system development, website design, and technology consulting. All services are subject to a separate written agreement between ARAx Technologies Inc. and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ARAx Technologies Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom software developed for clients is governed by the terms of the individual project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging ARAx Technologies Inc. agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Use delivered software in compliance with applicable laws

5. Limitation of Liability

ARAx Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.

8. Changes to Terms

ARAx Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
