Property Management System

This property management system was built for a real estate company managing a large mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Before this platform, the team was handling tenant records, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and rent collection across spreadsheets and email threads.

The system centralises everything. Tenant records and the full lease lifecycle are tracked in one place. Rent invoices are generated and sent automatically, with payment reminders going out before due dates. When rent comes in late, the system flags it without anyone having to check manually.

Maintenance is handled through a structured request and scheduling workflow. Tenants submit requests, property managers assign and track them, and the status moves through to completion. Documents for contracts and agreements are stored within the relevant tenant or property record.

A tenant portal lets residents submit maintenance requests and view their payment history without needing to contact the office directly.
