Fleet Management System

This fleet management system is currently in active development for a logistics company that needed better visibility and control over a growing vehicle fleet. The goal is to replace manual tracking and reactive maintenance with a centrally managed, data-driven operations platform.

When complete, operations managers will be able to see every vehicle on a live map, monitor driver performance metrics, and schedule preventive maintenance before issues arise. Route planning and optimisation will help dispatchers assign jobs more efficiently and cut unnecessary mileage.

Fuel consumption and cost reporting will give the finance team the data they need to control operational spend. An incident and violation logging module ensures accountability across the driver fleet.

Being built with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with GPS tracking integrated for real-time vehicle telemetry.
